Our Founder – Mony grew up in Chicago, Illinois and has lived in the heart of the windy city. As an original Mid-westerner she is very friendly and knows how to smile even when the going gets tough. She graduated from the University of Illinois-Chicago and holds an MBA-Keller School of Management. She holds a Certificate from NYU in global affairs. She is New York Tough since it is her second home. Living in NYC for 11 years, and traveling across the globe, has allowed her to encompass the background needed to understand global diversity when it comes to strategy. Mony has worked with many different organizations on a startup and corporate level; managing teams across the globe and developed staffing strategies. She ran multi-million dollar companies and negotiated short term and long term deals. There isn't one industry she hasn't encountered and will take on any challenge. If she isn't negotiating a deal, or working on a strategy, she is spending time helping the community that is at need.
